Carmen Pacheco-Jones is an accomplished community organizer, trainer, advocate and healer. As a mother of five and grandmother to eight, Carmen works diligently to create a better community. As a survivor of trauma, Carmen has established herself as a leader by advocating for those who are in the midst of trauma assisting them in building hope and resilience. Carmen has used her adverse experiences to educate, and creating awareness of issues such as human trafficking, homelessness, addiction and mental health to help “systems professionals” create viable relevant programs for a just and equitable society.
